Refund policy

Cancellation,  Refund & Pick Up Policy 

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, so you can cancel 2 days prior to your event to receive your deposit in the form of a credit which can be used on product or future workshop with us.

We do require a $200 deposit for reserving a private event/birthday party, this secures your date. The deposit can be applied towards your project for the event or off the balance of the birthday party. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you you or a guests are unable to make the event after they paid we can package up their kit as a "DIY at Home Kit" or they can join any open session. This must be picked up within 30days from purchase.

Pick Up Policy -Please pick up your item within 30 days of your workshop. Due to limited space we can hold items longer than 30 days. After 30 days we are not responsible for lost or damaged items left at the studio. If you need us to mail your package you will need to pay $15 for shipping and we can mail your package to you.
